Monthly Rare Egg giveaway

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is organized by Erwan Massou, the individual developer of TamagoFit ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@tamagofit.app.

2. Apple and platforms are not sponsors

Apple is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not involved in it in any way. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the giveaway or its prizes. The giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram (Meta) or TikTok. You release them from any liability related to it.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway runs in monthly rounds, starting with the release of TamagoFit 2.0 (October 2026) and continuing until the Sponsor announces its end in the app or on its social accounts. Each round opens on the 1st day of a calendar month at 00:00 (Paris time) and closes on the last day of that month at 23:59 (Paris time).

4. Who can enter

• Open to individuals aged 13 or older who have a TamagoFit account in good standing and a public Instagram or TikTok account.
• Entrants under 18 (or the age of majority where they live) must have a parent's or guardian's permission to enter.
• Not open to the Sponsor's team members and their households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to enter

1. During a monthly round, publish a public post, reel, story or video on Instagram or TikTok showing TamagoFit (for example a photo moment or your daily share card).
2. Tag @play.tamagofit on Instagram or @tamagofit on TikTok in the post.

Limit: one entry per person per round, whatever the number of posts or accounts. The post must be your own content, must respect the platform's rules and must not show other people without their permission. Stories must still be visible, or saved as a highlight, when the round closes.

6. The prize

Each round, one winner drawn among the valid entries receives one Rare Egg, an in-game item delivered to the winner's TamagoFit account (it hatches a Rare or Ultra Rare monster; odds are shown in the app). Approximate value: the Rare Egg's Shop price in coins; it has no cash value. The prize can't be exchanged for money or transferred. If the winner already holds the maximum number of Rare Eggs, the prize is delivered as soon as there is room.

7. Winner selection and odds

Within 7 days after a round closes, the Sponsor draws the winner at random among all eligible entries of that round. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and delivery

The winner is contacted by direct message from the official account they tagged and may be announced on that account by their social handle. The winner must reply within 14 days with their TamagoFit player name. The Sponsor will never ask for a password, payment or bank details. If the winner doesn't answer in time, is not eligible or declines, an alternate winner may be drawn. The prize is delivered in the app within 14 days after confirmation.

9. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, offensive, infringe someone's rights or break these rules or the Terms of Service.

10. Your data

The Sponsor uses the social handle and player name of entrants and winners only to run the giveaway, contact the winner and deliver the prize, then deletes them once the round is complete (except the public announcement, if any). See the Privacy Policy for your rights.

11. General conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or events beyond its control affect its proper running, with notice on its social accounts. These rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer laws of the entrant's country.
